Refund & Exchange Policy
We offer free refunds and exchanges on all Commonsoles footwear within 30 days of purchase. Here’s how it works:
To Exchange for a different size or style
1. Product must be in a new and un-worn condition. That means all tags still intact and the footwear has not been worn outside. If you are not sure about a particular size or style please wear them a bit at home on a clean floor before deciding to keep them and wear outside.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call 1-877-257-5462 to let us know that you want to exchange your item(s). We’ll get the new item(s) to you ASAP along with a return label in the box so you can then send back the first pair(s). We’ll need your credit card info in order to send you another pair(s) – once we get the first pair(s) back we’ll credit you for the amount of that first pair(s).
3. After receiving your new pair(s) you can then place the first pair(s) in the box and use the provided return label to send them back to us. Follow the instructions on the pre-paid shipping label which are quite simple and straightforward.
To obtain a Refund

2. Once you get the label in your inbox please follow the simple instructions for printing, affixing to your box, and sending back to us. Once we get your returned item(s) we will credit your account.
Commonsoles reserves the right to determine if a product is being returned in “new” and “un-worn” condition. We’ll do everything we can to a reasonable limit to accommodate your needs. This policy was last updated 8/19/2011 and is subject to further updates. Thank you.
